That I asked Tricia to marry me. Fortunately for me, and I suppose for Nikki, Robbie and Ellie, she said yes

We start to countdown for our 25th wedding anniversary from here. We certainly want to spend some time in the sun for a couple of weeks next August, so that we can relax and celebrate in equal measure. We are also thinking of putting on a ‘tea party’ where we can have relatives and friends to come along and mark the occasion.

Nikki is off to Latvia tomorrow. She called yesterday remembering that she had left some training kit in the washing basket at home… you would have thought she might have thought about this! Guess who got the job of driving home via Hatfield to drop her kit off after work today. Oh yes, that would be me.

Tomorrow night we have a fund raising quiz, so I have been busy trying to put that together. Tricia is doing chilli for about 60 people, I will be asking the questions.

Robbie is in Ellies school tomorrow, talking to the kids about the art he does… It’s all go.
