A 5 day working week this week, strewth. Mind you it did go fairly quickly. Work wise I am very busy at the moment, and so feeling under the weather most of the week (I kept feeling I might be going down with a cold) I didn’t go to the gym, and was at my desk by 7:30 each day, and offten working through till 6… but I did catch up a bit.

Monday evening I went to see my Mum and Dad after work, to catch up with them. Tuesday and Wednesday were welcome evenings in, I sat and watched the last two episodes of Upstairs Downstairs – I missed them when I was in the States – and then I watched football one evening. I was just starting to enjoy relaxing evenings when on Thursday evening Pat phoned up to say they were having problems with their computer… and please could I help. So that was Thursday and Friday eveing taken up… but I did fix it

Ellie was back at school this week, and Robbie went back to Uni on the Monday. Nikki finished painting the kitchen this week – no different colours, so just a refresh really. We have also had the exterior woodwork done, and replaced the fencing on two sides in the garden.

The wooden arch replaces a plastic / metal one we had that came down in the autumn. The rose will be up the trellis in no time.

Yesterday Nikki and Tricia were at Hemel Hempstead, competing for Aylesbury Athletics club… Tricia came 2nd in the hurdles, and also did shot putt and the sprint relay. Nikki did Shot and Discus – which she won – and Hammer. A fairly quiet Sunday, we had a roast this evening…now just sitting and relaxing ahead of another busy week.
