Got the news yesterday that I didn’t make the final round of interviews, after my interview on Monday. Very disappointed, but that’s life, must move on.

Last day at work today, with a fortnight off. We are driving down to Dartmoor on Saturday morning, where we will be camping for four nights, and then driving back on Wednesday. On Friday we then drive to the New Forest where we have a cottage for a week. Nikki isn’t coming with us. The first time she has missed a family holiday, so it will seem odd.
