A dash back from work this evening for Robbies parents evening. An important time for Robbie, he has his gcse’s to take in May. He had pretty much glowing reports all round from his teachers, certainly the Art and Music ones. The Art teachers are keen for him to be doing two Art A Levels next year. This would suit Robbie completely. There was a general message for him that he needs to revise hard, but they expect him to do well when the exams come along. All of them commended him for his behaviour, and his hard work. Even his Maths teacher, who is hard to please. As a parent you can’t ask for much more than that, so well done Robbie.
A week of Lent is complete… only 33 days to go till I can have a cup of tea. Of all the things I have given up, that is the one thing I miss most. In fact, so far it is the only thing I have missed. But I have kicked the caffeine, and onwards we go.
Tricia has been given confirmation for doing the catering for a wedding in June so she is pleased, should be a nice bit of business for her. Last week she got the catering for another wedding, so things going well for TLC.
Nikki’s foot is on the mend, she tells us she has been swimming for the last few days, which has helped it.
Sounds like all good news! Congrats to everyone (that foot thing sounded horribly painful!!)
